We are meme coin enthusiasts. Not traders in suits, not venture capital funds — just people who fell in love with the chaos, the culture, and the energy of the Solana meme economy. Like many of you, we spent hours jumping between charts, Discord servers, and Dexscreener tabs, trying to make sense of a market that never sleeps.
At some point, we asked ourselves a simple question: what if we priced everything in $BONK instead of the dollar?
That question became BonkMarketCap.
Why $BONK as the reference?
The dollar is fine. But $BONK is ours. It is the heartbeat of the Solana meme ecosystem — the first, the most recognized, the most held. Using $BONK as the unit of measure gives a completely different perspective on a token's performance. A token going up in dollar terms while losing ground against $BONK tells a very different story. We wanted to tell that story.
BonkMarketCap displays all token prices denominated in $BONK, giving you a native Solana-first view of the market.
Three markets, three realities
📊 Market — Established tokens
The main market tracks tokens with significant trading volume and market capitalization. These are the projects that have proven some level of liquidity and market presence. Visibility here does not mean endorsement.
🔄 Secondary — Small caps with potential
The secondary market is dedicated to lower-cap tokens that are still finding their footing. Higher risk, sometimes higher reward. We track them because ignoring them means missing part of the story.
🔥 Curve — Bonding curve tokens
These are tokens still on their bonding curve — early stage, not yet on the open market. We watch them closely. Some will graduate, most will not. We display them for transparency, not as recommendations.
